About

I am a postgraduate maritime archaeologist in the Archaeology department of the University of Southampton. My current research focuses on access, interactions and conceptualisation of the sea by Prehistoric Bronze Age communities in Cyprus and the role of the maritime and coastal landscapes and their environments.

Whilst my current research focuses on the maritime and coastal archaeology of Cyprus during the Prehistoric Bronze Age, my other research interests include harbours and anchorages, the archaeology of Libya, ancient seafaring and the history and heritage of South-East Wales and the River Severn.
