Project overview
A project to explore the ways in which parties to criminal law cases and criminal justice proceedings are 'characterised' in law, literature and culture. There will be interdisciplinary research and creative writing workshops (the first one scheduled for July 1-2, University of Southampton), and a monograph (David Gurnham, currently in progress and under contract with Hart Publishing).
