    SailAbility

    A unique sailing experience for students with disabilities and additional needs on our 38-foot yacht, Flying Formula. Groups of up to 5 welcomed, with 2 trained staff on board to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

    Exercise physiology sessions

    Support and rehabilitation for injury and long-term health conditions, with an accredited Exercise Physiologist. Available in sessions of 30 or 60 minutes.

Gym buddy scheme

Book a free Gym Buddy session using the UoS Sport app. Your Gym Buddy will meet you at the time you choose. They'll help you get around the gym and workout alongside you to help build your confidence in the gym.

Available to student members only. Only available at the Jubilee Sport Centre.

You can book these sessions by emailing our Fitness Ambassadors at fitness@groups.soton.ac.uk. These sessions are free to members.
