Career Advantage combines pre-arrival preparation, hands-on learning, mentoring and personalised careers support, boosting your employability from the moment you accept your offer.

Before you arrive

Before starting your course, you'll take part in Career Ready+ webinars. These sessions help you build professional skills and personal branding, connect with University staff and notable alumni, and prepare for the UK job market.

While you study

To access our Career Ready+ offer holder programme, you will need to accept your offer from us. We will email you all the details before the programme starts.

After you have accepted your offer, you'll have access to a fully supported pathway, which adapts with you to help you meet your career goals, from before you even arrive at Southampton until you’re settled in post-graduate life.
