About
Carole is an experienced Senior Administrator supporting the Bladder and Bowel Research Group and the Skin Sensing Research Group within the School of Health Sciences. She has worked on the MultiCath Clinical Trial (RCT), Dementia and Continence (DemCon 1 & 2) and Continence Assistive Technology Mapping (CAT-Map 1 & 2) Projects. She provides high quality administrative and research assistance to multidisciplinary teams.
Carole graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in International Business and Languages and a PGCE. She completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Health and Social Care Research at the University of Sheffield School of Health and Related Research (SCHARR) in 2012. She is a Public Reviewer for the NIHR and has worked within the data team on the SupportBack2 randomised control trial in the Southampton Clinical Trials Unit.
She has also spent time working in Patient Health Records and Occupational Health, Safety and Wellness at IWK Health in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Her background in teaching provides useful transferable skills, such as staff training, presentation skills and proof-reading.
