Biography
I studied Eastern European and Jewish history at University College London and the University of Belgrade. I worked at the Leibniz Institute of European History (IEG) in Mainz, Germany, before joining the University of Southampton in 2024.
I am currently finishing a book manuscript on Jewish internationalism in the context of post-Ottoman state-building in the Balkans in the nineteenth century. My second book project is a biography of the French Jewish lawyer, politician, and internationalist Adolphe Crémieux.
