VibSim combines facilities for vibration testing, environmental simulation and human response research with specialist expertise in how people and products respond to motion. We work with industry, government and academic partners, from single standardised tests through to bespoke experimental programmes.
Our services fall into four areas:
simulation and human response: reproducing real motion environments to study comfort, performance and human response
product and component testing: measuring how seats, components and engineering systems behave under controlled vibration
facility hire: access to the laboratory with technical support for organisations running their own test programmes.
