Change your membership type
You may change your monthly membership, as long as we receive your request in writing at least 7 days before your next scheduled membership payment date. Contact our team at southamptonsport@soton.ac.uk if you are looking to upgrade or downgrade your monthly membership.
Update your membership payment details
You can update payment card details for your monthly membership on the UoS Sport app.
On the home screen of the UoS Sport App, select 'Account Settings', followed by 'My Wallet'.
Log in to your account, then select 'Add a new credit or debit card'.
Enter your card details, tick the box labelled 'Use this for my Recurring Card Payment', then save your card.
If you need to cancel your monthly rolling membership, you must complete a membership cancellation form.
Please complete the form at least 7 days before your next scheduled membership payment date to avoid payment being taken for the following month. If notice is given at any point within 7 days of the next payment date, a final Recurring Card Payment will be taken.
