Collaborations

We boast a long and successful history of collaboration with professional artists.

Our microscopes are used to create and inspire artworks in a variety of media, projections and installations.

Collaborating with local schools

We collaborated with the Romsey School as part of Network Rail and South Western Railway’s Rail Safe Wessex campaign, a long-term project which publicly recognises schools that have committed to partnering with the rail industry to keep young people safe.

As part of this partnership, pupils at the school also designed a new mural that was unveiled at Romsey station, helping spread the message of rail safety.

Read more about the plaque the school was awarded.

A drawing entitled "Fragments of Perception" by Martha Davies. A collection of 16 abstract pen drawings arranged in a four by four grid, with dynamic strokes in red, yellow, and green on cream coloured paper, creating a tapestry of vivid abstract forms.
