We support research and diagnostic imaging with a wide variety of imaging modalities, using light, electrons and X-rays.
Instrument time is charged to cover maintenance and consumable costs.
Grant holders will need to cost access charges into all University of Southampton grant applications at full economic cost.
After tuition, students will need to do all their own processing and cutting and will not be charged for this. Help and advice are always available.
Our online equipment booking system is only available to University of Southampton staff and students. Please contact Dave Johnston (d.a.johnston@soton.ac.uk) to be added to the groups for equipment you have been trained to used.
