Eligibility
To get this scholarship you must:
- be an international student required to pay the oversees fees
- have a conditional or unconditional offer to study an eligible course
- achieve a 1st or an equivalent qualification in your undergraduate studies to receive a £9,000 award
- achieve a 2:1 or an equivalent qualification in your undergraduate studies to receive a £5,000 award
Students coming from China must have studied at a Tier A university.
There are a further 100 awards of either £9,000 or £5,000, depending on applicant eligibility, for applicants coming from a Tier B Chinese university. These scholarships will be issued on a first past the post basis with an additional eligibility requirement being that the applicants in this category pay their tuition fee deposit by 15th January 2026.
