Biography
I am a doctoral candidate in early modern British history and the author of both academic (peer-reviewed) and trade publications. My research interests lie predominantly in late medieval and early modern queenship with a main focus on sixteenth-century queens. I have acquired experience in presenting my research to audiences both at academic conferences and through public engagement. My doctoral studies have equipped me with experience in preparing seminars, teaching and marking assignments and I acquired an Advance HE Associate Fellowship during my doctoral studies in recognition of my teaching experience. Additionally, I have extensive experience in writing, editing and publishing and have also worked/volunteered in heritage, museums and archives. In 2024 I became an Associate Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.
